Beirut Hotel is Alma International's online and web trademark. Alma International is an established Lebanese Tour Operator focused on Lebanon. We have partnerships with more than 50 hotels in Lebanon.

Will my hotel be in the city center at these rates ? -top of page-

Yes, we guarantee it. Our offer is composed of 3 and 4 star hotels. All our hotels are located in the city center of Beirut.

When will I know the name of my hotel ? -top of page-

You will know your Hotel name by email upon your package confrimation.

What guarantees the quality of your hotels ? -top of page-

The Ministry of Tourism rates Lebanese hotels. In order to be classified a 3 or 4 star abode, it cannot be a dump and must meet certain criteria. You may not love the decor but you're guaranteed more than adequate service. We invite you to have a look at Testimonials sent by our clients.

Which types of rooms are offered ? -top of page-

Double rooms with one large bed suitable for two persons or rooms with two twin-sized beds. All rooms have private baths, telephones, television and the necessary equipment for your comfort.

Am I sure to get a room ? -top of page-

Can I choose my Hotel ? -top of page-

No. But we guarantee you that you will be accommodated in a Hotel among our list and in a hotel in the category you have requested.

How will I get the other items included in my package ? -top of page-

You will receive a voucher by e-mail for your Hotel all items included in your package. Print the voucher and take it with you as a proof of order and payment.

All the other items (airport transfer, tour…) will be confirmed by email.

Airport Transfer:
Because we follow flights schedule, we know when your plane has landed. If your plane is early or delayed, a driver will be there to pick you up on the correct time.

In order to arrange your airport transfer, we need to know your flight details :
- airport pick-up: arrival time, flight number, company name, city you are coming from
- aiport drop-off: departure time, flight number, company name, city you are going to

When do you confirm my reservation ? -top of page-

We confirm your reservation in real time: Monday through Saturday, as we receive it, provided it bears your credit card details. You are emailed the vouchers.

When do you charge my credit card ? -top of page-

We charge your credit card for the total amount before your arrival and upon your package confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy ? -top of page-

Less than 72 hours prior to your arrival: we will refund you the total amount of your order minus 35 USD cancellation fee and -5% for bank fee.

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival time: we will refund you 50% of the total amount of your order in addition to 35 USD cancellation fee and -5% for bank fee

This offer is valid till the end of the year for all dates with the exception of the blackout periods.
